An initial purchase order of 40 units (Antminer S9J) was funded on 05/24/2019.
In next 30 days, the Company plans to purchase an additional 250 units from Bitmain Technologies, pending confirmation from manufacturer, in regards of equipment being available.
The Company has decided to restart purchasing of mining equipment due to:
decrease in power and general operating costs
improved profitability of mining equipment
steady recovery of the cryptocurrency markets
positive legal and compliance environment
increase in the business activity by major financial institutions
