(OTCQB: INTV) (“Company”) is pleased to provide this update that discloses and confirms company’s current M&A discussions with two private, revenue generating, companies, currently operating in crypto currency mining and hosting sectors, in regards to a potential joint ventures, asset purchases or reverse mergers.
